In lack of a kid of my own to photograph, another picture of Wolf (son of Anki). Disguised as ghost underneath my scarf.

Everytime I looked at our wall this week, it made me happy. Why didn’t I come to think of this earlier?
We are free from work this week, so maybe we find the time to take up some more projects that are waiting for it for ages

Lomo-saturday

Heerlijke outfits zeg.
A few weeks ago I bought this Agfa Clack at a flea market. And it still had a film role in it. Do love the outfits.
For more Lomo-saturday be sure to take a look at the blogs of initiator Anki, Casper, Mireille, Marrit, Nikki and Aukje.

Just like Mireille I regularly see beautiful things on the streets. Too beautiful to walk by without an extra glance.

On our living-room-attic we had an empty wall. Last saturday I bought a frame for the colored print I found at a thrift store recently. Together with some things I have collected earlier, it turned out to be a great combination.

The big print I found at a thrift store and is by Grønne Studie Copenhagen, from 1980. I put it in a Ribba-frame by Ikea. The card on the upper left is by Donna Wilson and dear friend Anki gave it to me. It also fits in an Ikea-frame. The pictures I bought at a flea market and the black frames I bought at Hema a while ago. Below left you see a tightened fabric I bought at a flea market in Sweden. And the swallows are by Sass & Belle, via Urban Outfitters.

Some other pictures from the same theme, in grandpa’s barns. It looks a bit like our house downstairs. 😉 The middle shot is taken with the Diana-camera, the other two with the Agfa from the seventies.

Heftig staaltje opluchting.
Our pc was almost dead for a while now. And we walked drooling by the Apple-store regularly. This week we made up our minds and took our bank card. Now we have an iMac! It is beautiful, it works so well, and the screen is dead sharp.
Some other thing I was thrilled about this week, was finding my keys back. They were lost for several hours, I was afraid I left them in the door and kept on looking. My mother-in-law came to the rescue, praid to Saint Anthony and tadáaa, I found them back underneath one of the pillows on the couch. Relief!

After I saw Barbara’s blog last wednesday, I also went to the thriftstore. And I found great things. Amongst other things I found a great 50s drinking glass, an unused briefcase, a dripping bowl for fruit and an amazing pillowcase. Gladly the kind employees at the thriftstore helped me loading the stuff.

After I made a cat’s cushion out of a woolen blanket, I wanted to make a plaything in style. As seen above, a woolen pyramid. They like it so much, that I wasn’t able to take unmoved pictures.
(I must admit: the love started after some catnipspray.)
