Sunday

It’s a cold Easter in the Netherlands this year, so Yvonne’s Egg Cosy came in handy. But spring will come eventually, right?

Tomorrow is an extra Sunday and it’s well needed. That also means an extra day waiting for my Zalando-package though: they gave me the opportunity to order some goodies from their home-section. And there might be something in it for one of you too.

Het is een koude Pasen dit jaar, dus Yvonne’s Egg Cosy kwam goed van pas. Maar ooit komt de lente, toch?

Die extra vrije dag morgen is zeer welkom. Het betekent wel een extra dag wachten op de postbode voor mijn Zalando-pakketje: ze boden me de mogelijkheid om iets te bestellen uit hun selectie woon-artikelen. En in dat pakketje zit misschien ook wel iets voor een van jullie.

Secret Garden

Laurence King Publishers sent me this gorgeous colouring book Secret Garden, An Inky Treasure Hunt and Colouring Book by Johanna Basford, it will be released in April. I love the hand drawn images of flowers, leaves and butterflies. It is so pretty, the pages are little works of art. I am not sure whether I will ever dare to start colouring…

Laurence King Publishers stuurde me dit prachtige kleurboek Secret Garden, An Inky Treasure Hunt and Colouring Book door Johanna Basford, het wordt gelanceerd in april. Ik vind de met de hand getekende afbeeldingen van bloemen, bladeren en vlinders prachtig. Het is zo mooi, de pagina’s zijn kunstwerkjes op zich. Ik weet niet zeker of ik er ooit in durf te kleuren…

Instagram + give-away

I love instagram. I really do. Seeing snapshots of the lives from so many people all around the world is great. And I also love showing my pictures with friends, family and instagrammers. Elvera has an instagram-feature on her blog called #instacorner and asked me to join. I was so honoured ofcourse I wanted to send in my pics! You can find my #instacorner here.

You can either choose a standard photo album, finally print your most gorgeous instagram-pictures or even print a blog book. It’s up to you! Ho ho ho

I waited until Sinterklaas left Holland, to hang some Christmas ornaments on my wall. This poster I made at Pixum also. The text turned out more white than the pink I imagined. But a white Christmas kind of fits, right? And the fun thing is: I ordered two posters, so I could give one away.

Ik wachtte tot Sinterklaas Nederland verliet, om wat kerstdecoraties op mijn muur te hangen. Deze poster maakte ik ook bij Pixum. De tekst werd witter dan het roze dat ik in mijn hoofd had. Maar een witte kerst is niet verkeerd, wel? En het leuke is: ik bestelde twee exemplaren, zodat ik er een weg kon geven.

Enige kaarten

A few weeks ago, Pixum approached me to try their products. I was very curious to test their postcards and posters and I’ve always wanted to see a few of my lomo+ designs on print. And here are the postcards! The colours are a bit different from what I thought, but I quite like them.
